AOCCNJ Saturday C level ride 08/08/26   **8:30AM**


This will be a short and spicy ride ( just like me ??) since James is bailing on us to play his French horn.  The pace might be a little slower and I might lead from the back but we will make up for that by conquering Johnston and if we have survived that  Summit Road !

Hello C level cyclists.  Lets go explore some of our local Watchung hills. The routes are between 30-40ish miles in length some with a coffee stop in the middle and all with iced tea and snack at the end.  I will post the final route usually at least 3-4 days in advance 


The flats will be around around 15-18 mph and for the hills we meet at the top.  We also will regroup before major turns.   Overall pace will be at least 13mph but some of the riders in the front have reported faster mph.   This is a no drop ride. We will meet at 111 East Dudley Ave Westfield.  Parking is on the street.
In case of rain I will cancel by 7:00AM if you are registered you will receive an e-mail 

Details:

1. Remember your helmet, cell phone, id, lights, flat tire repair kit, electrolytes and snacks 

2. Please sign up for the ride. This is the only way that you will get an e-mail if I make any changes or have to cancel

3. Please familiarize yourself with the route and download to your GPS
4. Minors welcome only if accompanied by a Parent 
5. I will have iced tea and emotional support from a puppy at the end
